Once the item is in stock we are working to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

You will automatically receive an email with the track and trace thats provides you with the latest status updates.

We are not responsible for vat / taxes imposed by your country.

Returns 

Sorry, but at this moment we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Item 

When you received a damaged item, you can send an email to: info@derapwinkel.nl

Please add photo's and or video of the box and the item, so we can understand the problem.

We cannot refund or replace jackets with seam split sides or bumped corners

We do offer Seam Split Prevention. This is the best option to avoid this problem!

We also do offer Corner Protection to avoid bumped corners.

Lost Packages 

When you think your packages is lost, reach out with your order number and we will try to track the parcel

Cancel 

If you want to cancel an order, This is no problem at all.

We charge a small fee of 5% on the total amount.

COVID-19

At the moment we are dealing with COVID-19.

This will bring delays that we can't control.

We will do our very best to keep the delays to a minimum.

Once we received the items, we work hard to ship out your order as soon as possible.

Returned Packages

When a package has returned for what reason, we can add it to your next order for free.

After 7 days without having heard anything. we will refund the product minus the costs incurred
