Damaged Item

We cannot refund or replace jackets with seam split sides or bumped corners

We do offer Seam Split Prevention. This is the best option to avoid this problem!

We also do offer Corner Protection to avoid bumped corners.


Lost Packages 

When you think your packages is lost, reach out with your order number and we will try to track the parcel



If you want to cancel an order, This is no problem at all.

We charge a small fee of 5% on the total amount.



At the moment we are dealing with COVID-19.

This will bring delays that we can't control.

We will do our very best to keep the delays to a minimum.

Once we received the items, we work hard to ship out your order as soon as possible.


Returned Packages

When a package has returned for what reason, we can add it to your next order for free.
