Please make sure to check the expected shipping date before placing your order.
Once the item is in stock, we will begin processing and shipping your order as soon as possible.
You will automatically receive a tracking email with a Track & Trace link, so you can stay up to date on the status of your delivery.
Customs & Import Taxes
Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT, duties, or import taxes that may be charged by your country.
Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order
Returns
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please make your purchase carefully.

Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@derapwinkel.nl.
Be sure to include clear photos and/or a video of both the packaging and the item itself, so we can properly assess the issue.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for jackets with seam splits or bumped corners.

Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us with your order number at info@derapwinkel.nl.
We will do our best to track the shipment and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, no problem at all — we're happy to help.
Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover processing costs.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@derapwinkel.nl with your order number.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we can resend it with your next order free of charge.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days after the package has been returned, we will automatically issue a refund for the product, minus any costs incurred (such as return shipping or processing fees).

Remote Area Shipping
If your address is located in a remote area and you have selected an express shipping option, please note that we may need to downgrade your shipment to a slower delivery method due to the high surcharges imposed by carriers for remote area delivery.
For example, DHL applies an additional fee of at least €20 for shipments to remote areas.
If this applies to your order, we will notify you in advance before shipping.
