What to do if my order arrived damaged?
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We ship all of our packages with great care. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee against all parcel damage that can occur while in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, simply contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
It is important to note that we offer a free seam split-prevention option with all vinyl orders at no extra charge. We cannot, however, accept any returns or offer a refund if you choose to decline this service.
