We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We ship all of our packages with great care. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee against all parcel damage that can occur while in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, simply contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
It is important to note that we offer a free seam split-prevention option with all vinyl orders at no extra charge. We cannot, however, accept any returns or offer a refund if you choose to decline this service.
Do you have a status update on my order?
It may happen that you have not received a status update for your order.Because emails often end up in the spam box, I recommend sending a message via IG: deRapWinkel.nl This is the fastest way and it prevents annoyance when you do not receive a response via email
